This package design was made by Lauren Jonczak for Burleson's Pure Honey. She is a designer from Texas A&M U. I thought that this was an excellent example of award winning design, because it shows that less is more. The horizontal black bars remind me of a honeybee, and the clean typeface and ingredient list certainty suggests purity and is so chic!
This logo was designed by Sameera Kaapila, a designer at Texas State University (in San Marcos Texas) I thought that this was a clever trademark that makesyou smile. I love that the roll of toilet makes up the body of the wiener dog.
